NOTTINGHAM, England (Dec. 25, 2006)—The production team at the Luxfer Gas Cylinders manufacturing facility in Nottingham set a new production record by making one million cylinders in 2006—and they did it just in time for Christmas.

SHANGHAI, China (April 1, 2006)—Luxfer Shanghai, the new Luxfer Gas Cylinders composite cylinder plant in China, has now been fully approved for operation by the Chinese government. The facility is now producing a limited number of cylinders in preparation for a ramp-up to full production later this year.
RIVERSIDE, Calif - May 21, 2001 -- Luxfer Gas Cylinders announced today that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has determined that Luxfer carbon composite cylinders need to be retested only every five years instead of every three years. Luxfer is the first and only U.S. cylinder manufacturer to be granted this extended retest cycle, which applies both to new carbon composite cylinders and cylinders already in use.
